A large part of our work is the pre-underwriting process. In order to seek successful funding for our clients, we need to understand our client's history, story, and the number. Our free consultation includes the pre-underwriting process, which involves data collection of borrower financial statements, rent roll analysis, borrower experience, and review of collateral, tax return, and credit.
