Including business owner loans with or without real estate as collateral. Our clients including doctor office, gas station, laundromat, restaurant, manufacture type funding request.

He has built a vast network of Fortune 500 business partners and wields a track record for building cross-functional teams to improve processes and achieve organizational goals.

Throughout his executive career, Mr. Louie has held leadership positions at organizations including Essencap Funding LLC, Barclays Capital, UBS, Wachovia Securities, Credit Suisse First Boston, Bank of America, and JP Morgan Inc.

Henry Zhang

Over 10 year experience in real estate development manager, experience including commercial real estate reposition projects in Rochester, Buffalo and greater New York area. Knowledge and passionate in commercial real estate development. Oversees work, timeline and financing goal in these developments.  Strong Financial analysis skill in underwriting potential development and acquisition deals. Supervising vendors involved in the management of the firm’s existing assets. Assist partners in investor presentations to potential investors.
