To ensure an efficient process, please initiate the credit pull and appraisal order once you are ready to proceed with the transaction. Upon completion, kindly finalize the desktop appraisal review.

Please note that our private label entity is Commercial Element LLC. We respectfully request that you register for system access with our designated credit company and appraisal management company.
Our focus is on the Debt Service Coverage Ratio (DSCR) program for properties with 1 to 10 units.

Transaction Entry to Our System Database
1) Please email to your account manager and dealsupport@essencap.com. Please offer borrower name, subject property address.
2) Enter the information in the loan platform.
CREDIT
To enhance efficiency and expedite processing, we authorize our partnered lenders to pull credit reports directly on our behalf. To proceed, lenders must register with our company and assume full responsibility for ordering and managing borrower credit reports, ensuring compliance with all applicable data protection and regulatory guidelines.
Upon completion, please upload the credit report and credit authorization to the loan portal.
APPRAISAL SECTION
To facilitate streamlined processing, we authorize our approved lenders to order appraisals directly. Lenders must be registered with our company and are responsible for selecting an appraiser from our approved panel or in accordance with program guidelines. By proceeding, the lender agrees to manage the appraisal process, ensure adherence to applicable valuation standards, and provide a copy of the completed report for our records.
