Our team performs a comprehensive risk analysis, including loan-to-value (LTV) calculations, debt service coverage (if applicable), and your exit strategy (e.g., refinance, sale, or stabilization). We issue a formal commitment letter upon approval.

We coordinate a thorough title review to ensure clear ownership and secure title insurance for protection.

Attorneys draft and review loan documents, including the note, mortgage/deed of trust, and any guarantees, ensuring everything aligns with the approved terms.
