The appraisal will conduct by independent Appraisal Management Company (AMC) and performed by a licensed third-party appraiser. The report will cover both "As Is" and "As Completed" value.

The borrower shall be responsible for the costs of the appraisal, feasibility study (budget analysis), and environmental report, if required due to any concerns
