30-year financing that qualifies on your property's rental income — not your tax returns or personal debt-to-income. Up to 80% LTV, close in an LLC.

Who it's for: Buy-and-hold investors scaling a rental portfolio.

      

(DSCR = Debt Service Coverage Ratio: the loan qualifies on the property's cash flow. LTV = Loan-to-Value: the loan amount as a share of the property's value.)
