Draw Process

All you need to do is email me when you're ready for inspection. We use a third-party inspection service that will send a representative to your site to photograph the completed work. Those photos are then submitted to the service, and I receive a detailed report based on their findings.

Here's a general timeline of how the process works:

Day 1 – You email me to request an inspection. Day 2 – An inspector visits your site to take photos. Day 3 – The photos are submitted to our third-party service, CFSI. Day 4 – I receive the completed inspection report. Day 5–6 – Funds are released via wire transfer.

Rate and term loan defination

The loan amount can be used to cover any closing cost, escrow and prepaid interest. As long as the net proceed to the borrower is less than $2000. The loan is still structuring as a rate and term.

Rural or Near Rural

Please note that Essenap does offer DSCR loan products in rural and near-rural areas; however, both a sales comparable analysis and a rental comparable analysis are required. We want to emphasize that results cannot be guaranteed the result, and we strongly discourage the use of DSCR loan products in rural markets.
